The following forms must be completed and signed by the Parent/Guardian and Student prior to receiving a Chromebook:
*If the student will be using their own laptop for the school year, then a fourth form will need to be completed: BYOD Registration

User fees for 2017-2018 School Year are as follows: $25, $15 for reduced lunch status, and $0 for free lunch status. All students must have the appropriate amount in CASH in order to receive their Chromebook. The student will receive a receipt upon payment of the fee.
In addition, the following replacement/repair fees will apply: Chromebook Replacement - $300; Screen - $100; Keyboard/touchpad - $60; Charger (Power Cord) - $60
If you do not have accessibility to a printer—you may fill out the appropriate forms electronically and send to email@example.com and/or have your child pick up a paper copy in the HS Main Office throughout the next week.
