• 1:1 Technology Distribution

    The following forms must be completed and signed by the Parent/Guardian and Student prior to receiving an iPad or Chromebook:

    1. BYOD Agreement
    2. Technology Use Agreement
    3. Website Social Media Guidelines

    *If the student is using their own laptop for the school year, then a fourth form will need to be completed: BYOD Registration

    User fees are waived for the 2021/2022 School Year only!

    In addition, the following replacement/repair fees will apply:

    Chromebook Replacement - $250
    Chromebook Keyboard/touchpad - $60
    Chromebook Charger (Power Cord) - $40
    Chromebook Screen - $65

    iPad Replacement - $300
    iPad Screen - $100
    iPad Charger - $40

    If you do not have accessibility to a printer, you may fill out the appropriate forms electronically and send them to rmiller@fortcherry.org and/or have your child pick up a paper copy in the HS Main Office.
