• The District has a new Student Management System (SIS) to replace MMS Visions.

    Our new system student management system (SIS) is called Sapphire.

    All parents will need to sign up for access into the Parent Portal by creating a Web Portal Account.

    Goto 

    https://pafch-sapphire.k12system.com/CommunityWebPortal/

    Find Create a Web Portal account and click on it.

    You will be asked to enter a keyword...email Dr. Jacoby, jjacoby@fortcherry.org, if you don't know the keyword.

    Next you will be required to read the "Sapphire Community Web Portal User Agreement" and agree to the terms at the bottom.

    Finally, you will be required to complete a "Sapphire Community Web Portal Application."

    Complete the application and click submit. (Remember to retain your username and password you have chosen for this site.)

    Your application will be sent to the School District for approval.  You will receive this pop-up:

    Once the District approves your application, you will be sent an email with a PIN number.

    When you receive the PIN number, return to the community portal cover page and sign in using your:  https://pafch-sapphire.k12system.com/CommunityWebPortal/

    You will need the following:  Username, Password, PIN

     Once you gain access to the Community Portal, you as the parent, may access  your child's information, including demographics, teacher, schedules, grades, attendance, discipline, test scores, and other pertinent information.
