Receiving an iBoss Message When Trying to Access Zoom or Google Classroom?

If your child is receiving an iBoss message preventing Google Classroom or Zoom from loading, please follow these steps to resolve:

  1. On the Chromebook sign-in screen, select the profile you want to remove.
  2. Next to the profile name, select the down arrow.
  3. Select "Remove this user."
  4. In the box that appears, select "Remove this user."
  5. Restart the Chromebook.
  6. Add the user on the login screen by typing the username and password.
