Mr. Samosky comes to us from Moniteau School District where he served as Superintendent since January 2020. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mercyhurst University and began his teaching career as a coach and counselor at The Academy Schools in Pittsburgh, PA. After completing his Master of Education Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, he accepted a Special Education position at Bethel Park High School where he also served as the Dean of Discipline and Assistant Principal before moving to Chartiers Valley High School. He spent 9 years at Chartiers Valley where he served as Assistant Principal and Principal. Mr. Samosky also served as a High School Principal and Director of Secondary Curriculum at Trinity Area High School for five years. Mr. Samosky resides with his family in Cecil Township, PA.
