Fort Cherry School District Volunteer Application

Any individual interested in a Coaching and/or Volunteer position must submit the following to be considered for a position:
1. Coaching/Volunteer Application
2. All 4 Clearances (PA Criminal, PA Child Abuse, FBI Fingerprint, and Act 24)
3. Updated TB Test (only paid coaching positions)
4. Mandated Reporter Certificate (all coaching positions)
